Buddies Point – Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Buddies Point, we care about your satisfaction and want you to have a seamless shopping experience.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy with quick and easy refunds — because your trust matters to us.

2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

• You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
• The size or fit doesn’t match your expectations.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice attached.

⚠️ Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized items.
• Innerwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive products.
• Free gifts, promotional items, or sale products marked “Non-returnable.”
• Products where the seal or packaging has been tampered with.

4. Return Process

1. Go to the “My Orders” section on the Buddies Point website or email us at support@buddiespoint.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and include product photos (if applicable).
3. Our team will verify your request and schedule a pickup within 1–2 working days.
4. Please ensure the product is packed properly in its original packaging for a smooth pickup.

5. Refund Process

• After the returned item passes the quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet).
• If the original payment method is unavailable, we may offer a store credit of the same value.

💡 In most cases, refunds are completed within 2–3 business days after successful pickup and inspection.

6. Shipping & Return Charges

• Defective or wrong products: Return shipping is free of cost.
• Size or preference-based returns: Free return pickup is available for the first return from each order; additional returns may incur a small shipping charge.

7. Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — however, you can initiate a return after receiving it.
